HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

WILL MY HEALTH INSURANCE COVER THERAPY?

Salt and Light does not currently accept insurance. However, if you have a billable condition, we can provide a form that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT IN THE FIRST SESSION?

The counseling process at Salt and Light is very collaborative, this begins in the very first session, where we will work together to set goals for the therapeutic process.

DO YOU OFFER A SLIDING SCALE?

Yes, the sliding scale is based on total household income.
